By accessing and using The Metabolic Makeover website (operated by Altea Health Sciences) and purchasing products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your ongoing agreement to these terms, as they may be modified from time to time.

2. Products and Services

The Metabolic Makeover offers the Corvantix™ product line, including:

• Corvantix™ GLP-1 Pathway Support
• Synergized DHEA™
• CollaMacaVera™
• Timed-Release Protein™
• The Corvantix Plan Guidebook and educational materials

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at any time without prior notice. Product availability may vary, and we are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or pricing.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including applicable sales tax and shipping costs.

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Altea Health Sciences.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment processing. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it merely confirms receipt of your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping: Orders within the United States typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Domestic Only: Products are shipped only to domestic addresses within the United States of America. International shipping is not available at this time.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

60-Day Return Policy

We stand behind our products with a 60-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@themetabolicmakeover.com. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Health Disclaimers

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication, or have any concerns about using our products, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

All content on The Metabolic Makeover website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of The Metabolic Makeover or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos (including Corvantix™, The Metabolic Makeover, Synergized DHEA™, CollaMacaVera™, and Timed-Release Protein™) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our website without our express written consent.

8. User Accounts

Account Creation

To make purchases or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond our stated 60-day return policy. We make no warranties regarding the results you may or may not achieve from using our products.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altea Health Sciences, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products or services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@themetabolicmakeover.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Washington State.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually. You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
