Shipping Overview
Altea Health Sciences is committed to delivering your Corvantix™ products safely and efficiently. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are processed and shipped from our secure facility within the timeframes outlined below.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Flat shipping rate: $9.95 for all orders
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
- Tracking included with all orders
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Please Note:
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays, promotional events, or product launches. We will notify you if your order experiences any delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or directly on the carrier's website.
- Tracking information updates within 24 hours of shipment
- Delivery confirmation available for all shipments
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for delivery in alternative locations (porch, garage, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours as carriers may mark as delivered prematurely
- Contact us within 7 days to file a claim
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at support@themetabolicmakeover.com. Please keep all damaged packaging and materials, as the carrier may request them as part of a damage claim. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
All orders ship for a flat fee of $9.95. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to domestic addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact our customer service team if you have questions about shipping to your location.
