DAY 29 of the 30-day Weight-Loss Experiment based on the book, The Metabolic Makeover, by Stephen Cherniske and Dr. Natalie Kather. So my energy level on scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the awesomest, I'm at 9. I've been naturally waking up every day lately without an alarm while on The Metabolic Makeover!
